An agreement for Bowen Arrow Diamonds & Design to sell goods is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between the purchaser and seller when the order is placed. Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be cancelled. The purchaser understands and is in agreement that no exchanges or returns will be accepted on special order or custom designed jewelry.
Warranty
We warrant that our goods will meet their specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Bowen Arrow Diamonds & Design is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Bowen Arrow Diamonds & Design hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
